The six steps to joining the IT Development

Submit your CV

By visiting our Career Opportunities page, you will be able to search and apply for any open positions throughout the company. Your CV must be in English and contain overview of your skills and previous work experience, list of projects, and contact information.

Telephone interview with HR manager

If your application is successful, you will be invited to participate in phone or Skype interview with one of our human resources specialists. On this stage, you will be asked general questions about your skills and we will tell you more about IT Development and the job you are considered for.

Job interview with HR specialist

The interview process will continue in person our office. The majority of the time will be spent discussing in detail your background, skills, and significant accomplishments. This is a great chance for you to learn about our business, and meet other IT Development employees.

Technical interview in our office

Subsequent interview will be also in person and in our office, but this time with technical specialist in your area. On this stage, you will be asked questions that are specific to the role you have applied for. Through the interview, we will assess your competence for prospective employment at our company.

Interview with customer (if required)

This stage in the recruitment process depends on the type of the project. Please, be prepared the interview will be conducted in English and customers often evaluate not only the level of candidate`s competence, but also general knowledge, communicational skills and the ability to effectively express thoughts in English, personal qualities.

Job offer

The final step in the process is the job offer. Upon your acceptance, our comprehensive on-boarding and working process begins. This offer is to consolidate and formalize the agreements reached in past interviews.
